Shea Houser
Shea blends pastoral leadership with years of business experience to help guide our ministry with wisdom and care.
Shea serves as pastor of Salem Baptist Church in Lincolnton and brings a unique blend of ministry and business expertise to our board. After years as a district manager in the corporate world, Shea answered God’s call to shepherd His people. Today, he ministers daily through preaching, counseling, visitation, and caring for the community. A devoted husband and father of three, Shea’s passion for helping others and his leadership experience make him an invaluable part of our team.
TD Maloney
TD brings vision, organization, and a heart for service as our Executive Director, ensuring our mission moves forward with purpose.
TD is a chaplain with a heart for serving wherever there is need. His background spans research, business, consulting, and healthcare administration, supported by an educational foundation in public administration. As our Executive Director, TD combines vision and organization to keep our ministry moving forward. His compassion and commitment to sharing God’s mercy inspire everything we do.
Michelle Peeler
Michelle’s expertise in administration and her love for Jesus keep our ministry organized and focused on serving others.
Michelle is the organizational backbone of 2 Shirts Ministry. With extensive experience in administration and communication, she ensures that every detail is handled with care. As church secretary, she manages operations and serves as a trusted point of contact for her congregation. Michelle’s love for Jesus shines through her work, making everyone she encounters feel valued and loved. Her wisdom and dedication are a true gift to our ministry.
Morgan Stanley
Morgan combines a lifelong passion for missions with experience in accounting and social work, bringing compassion and creativity to our board.
Morgan brings a wealth of experience in accounting, property management, healthcare, and social work, along with a lifelong passion for missions. From serving at camps in Hungary to volunteering locally, Morgan has always answered the call to help others. Her compassion and creativity—whether through counseling or sharing her gift of music—make her a powerful force for good. As a loving wife and mother of four, Morgan lives out her calling to serve every day.
